We’re looking for a Franchise Operations Manager position in our growing markets with candidates who are passionate about leading a team to excellence in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

Leaders at WINGS are responsible for the operational functions of our business. They plan, organize, and co-ordinate all resources and activities in our restaurants. The work involves but is not limited to: setting targets, achieving goals, and controlling costs. As well as, recruiting talent, training and inspiring restaurant teams.

Ultimately, it is the leader’s ideas, initiative and personality that shape the restaurant.

Requirements:

A Franchise Operations Manager ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the reputation of the WINGS Brand. As a key role within our organization, restaurant leadership can be fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.

Tasks typically involve:

  • Sales building
  • Building recipes
  • Marketing support
  • Completing a thorough walk through of the restaurant and delegating tasks to all employees
  • Organizing the restaurant to ensure excellent guest service
  • Attending weekly meetings with the Management team
  • Dealing with concerns, queries or complaints from our guests and staff
  • Achieving set sales and profit and loss targets
  • Willingness and ability to be hands on in all areas of the operation
  • Managing staff throughout their shift and providing them with ongoing developmental feedback

A successful Franchise Operations Manager will strike the right balance between creating great service for our customers and a fun work environment for our employees.
