The rollout of a new menu is the culmination of many weeks coordination and work through the whole company. It starts with the executive chef and his team proposing a number of new dishes, once these dishes make it through the initial approval process, then begins the creation of the recipes. The flavours, the herbs and spices, the delicate balance between existing menu items and new offerings.
In our effort to continually provide our guests with the best dining experience possible, we closely examined which current dishes are less popular and should make way for the fresh new items.
Recipes are tweaked and tried, then tried again and again until we are confident they meet our exacting standards and are ready to be served to our guests.
