When Wings was created in 2001, we thought about what mattered most and the same answer kept popping up—family. WINGS would be a place where individuals and families could go and enjoy the latest sporting event, a casual meal or just each other’s company regardless of age—surrounded and embraced by something more than fine dining, an experience we call fun dining.
WINGS Chef’s work closely with suppliers to source high quality, natural and sustainable items from local producers, including our famous premium Chicken Wings. WINGS strive to ensure our menu is innovative and delicious, using only fresh never frozen ingredients and never compromising on value, quality or taste. Using a creative assortment of spices and flavours combined in unique and unexpected ways, we feature tastes and dishes from around the world.
All of the hard work and attention to detail has paid off. We’ve been voted “Best Wings” in the Golden Plate Awards every year since the category began, our own micro brewed beer, Fiji Blond was voted “Best Beer” by several local news outlets.
